Ad Submission Guidelines:


Deadline: All ads must be submmited by September 21, 2025

Format: PDF format and ensure they are in full color


*Important Note: Ads that do not meet the specifications or are submitted after the deadline may not be included in the conference program. To ensure the best quality and visibility for your ad, please adhere to these guidelines.


Photo/Media Release: By registering, you consent to the use of any photos or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.


Cancellation and Refunds: To receive a refund of your registration fees, written notice of cancellation must be received no later than October 20th; a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. The agency can send a substitute attendee if the original registrant can’t attend. No exceptions will be made.
